Your pilot data. You choose how data reaches us: in your own environment where it never leaves, metadata only, a named export slice processed in an ephemeral clean-room, or a hosted tenant. We remove personally identifiable information (PII), use it only to run your job, and delete the working copy afterward, with a deletion receipt on request. Your personally identifiable information is not used to train any model, ours or a third party's.

A certificate states that a bound held on the tests we ran, as of a date. It is decision-support, not a promise of future results, and you decide when to act.

How a pilot works.

  1. You provide historical trial exports or a named data slice, or we run inside your own environment.
  2. We run the clone and send back the result, plus an offline checker you run yourself.
  3. Your data stays yours. We use it only to run your job, remove personally identifiable information (PII), and delete the working copy afterward, with a deletion receipt on request. Your personally identifiable information is not used to train any model, ours or a third party's.
  4. Monthly grounding cadence. Most teams run this as an ongoing service, not a one-off. Each month you send fresh data, we re-ground the clone on your latest measurements, and the bounds tighten as your record grows.

Common questions

What buyers ask first.

Does more or higher-resolution data change the result?
Yes, directly. Reliability and the tolerance width scale with your data: higher-resolution, higher-quality, and higher-volume records let the pilot tighten the bounds and raise the reliability rate. Sparse or noisy records widen the bounds, and the clone says so rather than hiding it.
Is this decision-support or a replacement for testing?
Decision support. It returns a bounded prediction and a clear not-sure-here flag. It does not replace a required physical test, a safety sign-off, or a regulatory approval, and it is not a control system. You decide when to act on the number and when to run the test.
What happens when an input falls outside what the clone was built on?
It flags the input and abstains rather than guessing. You get an outside-validated-range warning instead of a confident wrong answer.
How do I know the reliability rate is real, and not marketing?
You check it yourself. We predict blind on results you withhold, ship a sealed record and an offline checker you run on your own computer, and you can run the clone alongside your current process before you rely on it.
Do you keep or train on our data?
We use your data only for the job, handle it as de-identified data with no personally identifiable information (PII), and delete it afterward with a signed deletion receipt. Your data does not train third-party software.
Is GREENBOX Labs a certification or regulatory body?
No. The sealed record is your own evidence for your buyers, partners, auditors, and regulators. This is not a regulatory certification.
