Privacy and Data Policy

Your data, plainly.

This preview. By invite. We record your name, work email, the time you spend on each slide, and the questions you ask, to prepare for your pilot. We do not sell your information and use no third-party advertising trackers.

Your pilot data. You choose how data reaches us: it can stay in your environment, or be metadata only, an export slice processed in a clean-room, or a hosted tenant. We remove personally identifiable information (PII), use it only to run your job, and delete the working copy afterward, with a deletion receipt on request. Your personally identifiable information is not used to train any model, ours or a third party's.

Decision-support. Predictions and certificates are decision-support, not a promise of future results, and not the sole basis for a consequential decision. GREENBOX Labs is not a certification body.
