Your pilot data. You choose how data reaches us: in your own environment where it never leaves, metadata only, a named export slice processed in an ephemeral clean-room, or a hosted tenant. We remove personally identifiable information (PII), use it only to run your job, and delete the working copy afterward, with a deletion receipt on request. Your personally identifiable information is not used to train any model, ours or a third party's.
Decision-support. Predictions and certificates are decision-support, not a guarantee, and not the sole basis for a consequential decision. GREENBOX Labs is not a certification body.

Every prediction includes a worst-case error bound, a measured reliability rate on blind test samples, and a warning when inputs exceed validated operating ranges. It is the same class of math used to check software in spacecraft and medical devices.
